Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel any order before it has been dispatched by contacting us via email at info@itcamera.co.uk or by calling our customer service team.
Please note: A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.

Returns for Surplus Goods
If you have ordered surplus or unwanted items, IT-Camera will accept returns within 14 days from the invoice date, subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In like-new, resalable condition

If the goods do not meet these criteria, additional charges may apply.

Processing Returned Items
Once the returned product has been tested, IT-Camera will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item,

  • Replace it with an equivalent product, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund.

Out-of-Warranty or Damaged Products
Products that are out of warranty or returned in damaged condition may be eligible for paid repair or replacement at an agreed cost. Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may incur up to a 20% handling charge and could void the warranty.

No Fault Found
If an item is returned and no fault is detected, a £25 inspection and handling charge will apply. The item will then be sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Special order or custom-made products are non-returnable.
In exceptional cases, IT-Camera may, at its discretion, allow the return of such items with a 20% restocking charge.
